WILLIAMS HAS MADE A DIFFERENCE IN OUR ORGANIZATION!
IT’S TIME TO SAY “THANKS”
Williams and the Williams employees have long been strong supporters of the non-profit community, including the Arts and Humanities Council of Tulsa. Last year alone, Williams invested $8.8 million in Tulsa charitable organizations (not including the countless volunteer hours, board leadership, and other in-kind services). Across the state, they gave an additional $5 million, for a total of $13.8 million to 401 Oklahoma organizations.
Now, perhaps more than ever, is the time for us to show our support for them.
Please join us in saying "thanks" Thursday, Aug. 1, from 4:45 p.m. to 5:15 p.m., at the Second Floor elevator lobby of One Williams Center. There will be no planned program, no speeches …we simply need you to bring a sign, a balloon, a smile and a handshake. We are asking all area non-profit organizations to particpate.
We are there to show our appreciation to our friends and neighbors at Williams who are having a tough time. We are there to support them and to show the world that Tulsa believes in a company that has always believed in Tulsa.
This simple gesture will take only a small bit of your time but will mean a lot – to Williams and to Tulsa.

A portion of the proceeds from the "Roofless" project will be donated to Youth Services of Tulsa in support of their on-going teen counseling and crisis hotline services.
"Roofless" is the much anticipated new dance musical from Triqueta Creative Group, creators of the acclaimed Musical Drama "A Song of Greenwood." It has been described as "Stomp!" meets "Rent" and boasts a sizzling innovative score that blends Hip-Hop, Alternative Rock, Theater Song, R&B, Gospel and musical styles as diverse as Prison Work Songs, Salsa, Pattin' Juba (Body Percussion), Flamenco, Ring Shout, and Opera in an amalgamation of music and dance that can only be described as the artistic voice of Generation X.
